I was looking for something different from your average gym workout, and wanted to add am intense cardio workout to my daily walking routine. I have attended 9 kickboxing classes in two weeks, I am following Victor's nutritional advice and have already lost weight and an over all 12 inches! Victor King is super motivating, funny and always pushes you to beat your best from the prior class. If you go in ready to work hard and sweat your butt off, you will absolutely love this class. I am totally hooked for life! Ample parking spots in the back of the studio and several night and morning classes make it easy to get a workout in daily if you want.
